Hey Adam, why didn’t you fix my brakes/something else.

Seriously, if you aren’t satisfied, say so and say why. Adam can’t read your mind. Go to adam.bike/contact and contact Adam. Here’s what will happen.

Stage 1
Adam will ask you why you aren’t happy, and look at the bicycle again. He will investigate whether your cycle was serviced properly. Then, he’ll decide whether to accept or reject your complaint.

If he accepts your complaint, he will carry out the repair again. The only charge will be for any new parts. If he rejects your complaint, he will explain this to you.

Stage 2
If you are still not satisfied, Adam will ask another mechanic to investigate your complaint. He will ask you for your version of events, and he will submit a technical report to them.
